Description
Grow-ga!
Join Mark for this practical workshop looking at soil health and how it affects the plants we grow. It will include a short grounding yoga session. A bulb planting workshop and finish with a hearty soup.
As we wander into autumn and harvest the last of our veggies, it’s time think about the future. It’s time to plant hardy seeds that will nourish us next year. If we make the time to dig bulbs into the ground now, they will reward us with a flash of colour in the spring.
Mother Nature, Gaia will be planning ahead too. Resting the trees by dropping the leaves. Regenerating the soil, restoring balance and harmony. Getting herself ready for next years potential abundance.
Join Yoga in the Stars and @markswildergardens to explore soil health in our garden.
We will look at making our own pockets of ground, productive and fertile for our future, without the use of chemicals.
We will explore how healthy soil is saving the planet.
In this workshop we will literally have our hands in the soil. We will investigate the living breathing earth, plant bulbs for flowering in the spring. There will be time to explore what being grounded means to you and a short yoga practice to connect us to the earth.
We will finish with a hearty bowl of home made, earthy vegetable soup and crusty bread.
