Join Emily for Foundations of Yoga as part of our series to give you the foundations you need to develop your practice.
Charting asana, breath, vinyasa flow, alignments, meditation and philosophy. We spend time reping out asana and talking through the postural shapes, to build foundations for strength, flexibility, mobility and agility. This session is for everyone, whether complete beginner or revisiting aspects of your practice. It's also an open environment for questions, exploration and trying new things on the mat.
