Join Anne for Foundations of Yoga as part of our series to give you the foundations you need to develop your practice. We will focus on the specifics of each posture and how they feel in your body. Anne emphasizes the individual’s experience of the postures so that everyone feels comfortable in their practice.
Breath, flow, alignment, modifications, and mantra. We will also dive deep into transitions from posture to posture, ensuring a safe and whole practice on the mat. This session is for everyone, whether complete beginner or revisiting aspects of your practice. It's also an open environment for questions, exploration and trying new things on the mat.
