Joe is a Yoga in the Stars member, tea geek, and Tea Sommelier certified by the UK Tea Academy. He loves combining tea with yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices and firmly believes that tea is good not just for your body but your mind and soul as well.

Join us for an hour to blend the delights of the tongue with the light of the mind as we use tea as the vehicle toward inward connection.
Joe and Kiran will be sharing special teas, whilst Paul guides us on a mindful experience through taste and pleasure.
