Description
This is a free, outdoor all-levels Hatha Yoga class offered to local residents, thanks to the South Keys Greenboro Community Association. Join other local yogis at Pushman Park (Albion, near Cahill) to explore work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer lots of variations so that this practice is truly your own. This class is great for just about anyone who wants to move in a more mindful way. Bring a mat, towel (for under your mat, or for savasana) and any props you'd like.
