Description
Winter Wellness evening of Tai Chi Qigong & Yin Yoga to transition into winter
Join us for our rebalancing Yin Yang practice of Tai Chi Qigong & Yin Yoga – finishing with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) and live Chinese (Guzheng) music to close the evening.
This busy time of the year can be stressful, so treat yourself and unwind with a little me time by renewing health and balance as we let go and prepare for the new year.
The most wonderful gift you can give yourself is a fitter, calmer, more focussed you. Indulge yourself with this blissful east meets west practice of Tai Chi Qigong and Yin Yoga to transition into the winter season.
Tai Chi Qigong brings enlightened awareness into your physical and mental life, while yoga takes you to a place of peace.
Lily will guide a fun, flowing Tai Chi Qigong practice to boost our Yang Qi energy and nourish the joints to release stiffness and tightness.
Introducing Traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness techniques to preserve health, and discover how to use simple acupressure points to help boosting the Qi and improve our immunity system.
Followed by a deep stretching Yin Yoga practice to restore Qi energy flow throughout the body, transitioning into a relaxing 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice with David—known as yogic sleep—a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that induces total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Closing with live Chinese music and light refreshments.
