Courtney Jarrell first found yoga as a way to deal with the stress and anxiety of college life. While she found the postures good for her physical health, it was really the breathwork and positive effects on the mind that led Courtney to deepen her practice and seek out a teacher training program. In 2009 she got her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification from the Davenport School of Yoga in Davenport, Iowa. Since then, she has been teaching a variety of yoga classes from aerial yoga in Iowa to restorative and adaptive classes in Utah. In 2020 she deepened her training with the Prenatal Yoga Certification from Yoga Education Institute. Her passion is teaching alignment-based Hatha yoga of all levels. Her classes are open to all, offering students options to deepen their practice if they desire or offering modifications to fit their individual needs and restrictions. Courtney believes all people are able to do yoga and invites everyone to join her class.

Got a case of the Sunday Scaries? Come turn your Sunday into a fun day with a mindful slow flow to ease anxiety and tension. We will focus on grounding the mind and the body as we move through a flow accessible to all levels. Class will include breath work and meditation leaving you feeling lighter in mind, body and spirit.
