I began practicing yoga in high school as a means of managing anxiety and connecting to my body. From then on, yoga has been a healing and present practice in my life. Yoga has given me a foundation of body, mind, and spiritual awareness. In 2024, I completed a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in Koh-phangan, Thailand. My training focuses on Hatha yoga, vinyasa, and breath work practices. Within my classes, I try my best to hold space for stillness, reflection and growth. I practice and teach yoga with the intention of connecting deeper with myself and others. I hope to share the joy of practice with you!

This is a dynamic yoga class set to a fun upbeat playlist of mainstream music. Build strength and flexibility in this challenging vinyasa (linking breath with movement) style class offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels.
