I began practicing yoga in high school as a means of managing anxiety and connecting to my body. From then on, yoga has been a healing and present practice in my life. Yoga has given me a foundation of body, mind, and spiritual awareness. In 2024, I completed a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in Koh-phangan, Thailand. My training focuses on Hatha yoga, vinyasa, and breath work practices. Within my classes, I try my best to hold space for stillness, reflection and growth. I practice and teach yoga with the intention of connecting deeper with myself and others. I hope to share the joy of practice with you!

Description

Increase flexibility, clarity and strength in this slow paced yoga class that includes some longer holds to help find alignment and release tension stored in the body. Class will begin with a guided meditation to find centered awareness and clarity to begin your day. Suitable for all levels of experience.
