I have a formative background in gymnastics and dance. My passion for yoga began to fully emerge in college. I have always had a love for movement that couples strength and flexibility. I completed my 250hr yoga certification training from Asheville Community Yoga in 2018 focused in Vinyasa. My style of teaching incorporates a deep connection to the breath, opportunities for strengthening the body, and a focus on increasing flexibility while holding space for what your body needs. For me this is a practice that continues both on and off the mat. Excited to share practice with you!

Dig into the abdominal wall to enrich your yoga practice. In this hour long core focused intensive set to an upbeat playlist we explore the ways to integrate core workouts into your yoga practice. This strength training class helps to bring awareness to the importance of building up the core to enhance your strength, balance and stabilization during flexibility poses. This class is available to all levels who wish to target and intensify their core strength while promoting balance within the body.
