In this workshop we will start with a few gentle asana’s to prepare the body. After that, Anne will guide you through this meditative practice. Yoga Nidra has many benefits, It can improve your sleep and reduce insomnia, help you to release tension and pain and it can learn you to connect with yourself. It can also help you to uncover behavioral patterns that are not beneficial for you anymore, and thus it can lead to positive change in your life.
