Vin and Yin combines two of our most loved styles, Vinyasa and Yin. Start the class with an active, breath-to-movement flow and finish with slow, deep stretches in prop-supported shapes. The movement and flow of the vinyasa portion of class warms the body and helps to prepare the mind for the stillness and surrender of Yin yoga.
