Warm Flow focuses on synchronizing movement with breath. The poses are woven together differently each time and vary according to each teacher's style. Clients will enjoy moving meditation and creative sequencing. Options are provided to modify for most levels beginner-advanced and we encourage talking to instructors before class if you need support with an injury, goal, or condition.
