A slow paced, nonheated class with an emphasis on postures and movements that build bone density, balance, and ease. Each class is crafted with a focus on spine and joint health, functional strength, and injury prevention. This class is great for most levels, beginner and prenatal friendly, and includes an abundance of props and chairs as needed.
