Description
Strength and Stretch is meant to allow the student to enjoy stretches while improving their strength. This class is a slower paced class with our focus on a few specific poses, and breathing techniques, to help us achieve the desired pose.
Equipment to bring:
Yoga mat
2 Blocks
Yoga blanket or beach towel
Strap/old neck tie or belt
(We have limited supplies in the studio for use if you don’t own any)
