Bea Guides you thru this class entirely seated on the floor. We will gently move our bodies and calm our minds. Using Slow Gentle motion , incorporating holding Easeful postures along with slow movement to release tension we will have slowly Flow though various seated asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the
breath. This entire class is on the floor. Great class for those NEW to experienced Yogi wanting a Slow moving class. We end resting the mind and body in stillness . Leave Class feeling relaxed and renewed.
