Description

Get the body moving and work out the mid week blahs! We will begin with settling the mind with easy Breathwork, followed by Slow Gentle movement including asanas on the floor to standing to balancing and work our way back to the floor finishing in Savasana. We end with an Inspirational Reading to carry us thru the day or week.
Any body can do this class, modifications are always given.
