Description
Mixed ability (not for complete beginners)
This class focuses on the Surya Namaskar A & B and standing poses of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga followed by a back bending and 3 finishing poses of the same sequence.
If you are only starting to build your Ashtanga Yoga practice in a Mysore class, this guided class is perfect to help you memorise the sequence and experience the group energy through the flow.
If you are a regular Ashtanga practitioner this class will help you establish a daily practice even if it's shorter than your full practice.
