This is a very gentle class that focuses on deep rest. You can expect only a few asanas (yoga postures) mostly reclining ones with props to support the body.
Pranayama (deep breathing techniques) and meditation will accompany physical postures.
This class promotes physical and mental relaxation and is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous (aka rest & digest) system.
