Gentle Flow Yoga
Tuesday, 12 November •
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Yoga Shala Canterbury, 207/8
Alicia Dewey
My yoga journey began in my teenage years with on-and-off practice, but it wasn’t until a transformative holiday a few years ago that I truly found my path. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of my life, helping me navigate personal challenges and reconnect with both my body and my authentic self. I am passionate about sharing this practice with others, guiding them to discover balance, peace, and self-awareness through yoga.
In addition to yoga, I am deeply committed to holistic well-being. I am a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and I am currently pursuing studies in lymphatic drainage and Indian head massage, which I look forward to offering soon.
