This class takes place on the second Friday of every month, with Ezgi and Ingrid teaching on alternating months. It's a slow-paced session that includes a mix of Yin and Restorative poses, along with breathing exercises and Yoga Nidra. The specific focus will vary depending on the teacher's lesson plan for that month, providing a unique and relaxing experience each time.
