Suitable for all levels.
Are you interested in exploring more than just the physical aspects of yoga? Do you want to learn Pranayama (deep breathing techniques) and Bandha (energy locks) but find it challenging to maintain a regular practice?
Join us on the first Sunday of every month, where we'll come together to learn and practice specific techniques. After each session, you'll continue to practice these techniques throughout the month.
We will run this class as a block of 4 weeks, the first week will be in person at the Shala and to support your journey during the next three weeks, you'll receive additional guidance—whether through email, audio, or YouTube videos—every Sunday until our next meeting.
This course is designed to help you discover the techniques that resonate with you and build a consistent practice. While we may not introduce new content every time, we'll often revisit and refine the same practices, experimenting with different methods such as counts, ratios, and durations. The focus is on finding what works best for you and establishing a steady, enriching practice.
