Description

This is an assisted self-practice under the guidance of your teacher!
Although we have an allocated time for the 1st batch (6-7:10 pm) of this class you may arrive and start practising a little earlier than the stated time according to the duration of your practice.
Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence of asanas that are linked through breath. The Mysore style is the traditional way of learning this method. It is a stage-by-stage process that begins with the Sun Salutations and over time you will be given more asanas depending on how your practice goes.
Suitable for all levels.
In a Mysore class, you can expect to see complete beginners and more experienced ones practising side by side.

If you are a beginner you will begin with simple breathwork and warm-ups and then you will be given the first poses of the Primary Series, once you have achieved them and the breath has become comfortable more asanas will be added… Your practice would initially last 45mins -1 hr.

Hands-on Adjustments: All students may receive hands-on adjustments to help them deepen their practice. If you don’t want hands-on adjustments that’s also fine and please feel free to share this so that you will only get verbal instructions.
