Ezgi currently teaches Ashtanga Yoga Led, Guided and Mysore classes as well as Hatha classes.

Description
A special class to close the year with our community! We will practise the full Primary Series, including Vinyasas between seated poses and sides. (yayyy!!!)
This might not be very suitable for Ashtanga Yoga beginners (who haven't learnt the all-standing poses yet!) however if you're up for a challenge or just curious about the rest of the Primary Series this is the perfect chance to explore it.
The class will be around 2 hours, with some demonstrations, explanations, and hands-on assists as usual.
You can practise as little or as much as you can in this class. Remember, it's always fine to skip anything (including Vinyasas or specific poses) that doesn’t feel comfortable.
If you are free we will go for a cuppa in town afterwards.
