A 4 week-course on wednesday evening. Deep dive into yoga classic poses and techniques to perform the poses in a safe and effective way. You will deepen how to integrate 3 main points of attention or (Tristhana) into your practice in order to strengthen the body, bring peace to the mind. This course aim to offer good understanding in physiology of yoga in such a way that you understand how to enter the pose, what effect does it have to your body, how to optimize benefits of the pose to promote your wellness.
