Description
Students can choose to follow along with the live class online or come in person to the studio for more individual support and attention. Follow the link below to the timetable and find the class listed for Thursday. Choose either studio or zoom and follow the booking instructions. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
You choose whether to keep your practice more mat based or make use of a chair for some or all the class as options will be given for either.
Content is selected to enhance your strength, stability, and range of motion but also to develop skills to support a sense of ease and calm.
In addition to your mat, you may wish to have with you a few other yoga aids such as a blanket or yoga blocks if you have them.
