Join me on Monday, 30th December at 6:30 PM for a soothing Yin Yoga session, the perfect opportunity to reset and relax before New Year's Eve celebrations.
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that focuses on releasing tension in the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, fascia, and joints. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and stretch deeply while calming the mind. This slow-paced practice encourages stillness, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, making it an excellent way to unwind both physically and mentally.
No prior yoga experience is needed to join, and if you don’t have a yoga mat, a carpet or rug will work just fine. Whether you’re looking to destress, improve flexibility, or simply take a quiet moment for yourself, this session offers the perfect start to your week and a chance to head into the new year feeling refreshed.
