Description
A 45 minute restorative and calming practice designed to anchor you in the present. Using gentle, grounding postures and mindful breath work, along with strong standing postures and fluid movements, we aim to calm the nervous system and alleviate stress. Discover clarity of mind and attune to your body's unique needs.
Class usually starts between 18:35 and 18:40 so that Evie can set the room up perfectly for everyone, so please still arrive for 18:30 so you can enjoy time winding down and settling into the room before we begin.
Yoga mats are provided :) if there is anything else you love to bring for your practice such as yoga straps, bolsters, please bring these along.
PS now that we enter the colder months, we recommend bringing a couple of warm layers to wear to begin the class and help our bodies warm up fully and feel their best! You can then delayer as you warm and then put your cosy layers back on for our final resting pose of savasana. If you want to bring a blanket too, don’t be shy! This is your practice and we just want you to feel your very best.
