As the days grow shorter and the evenings cooler, join us for a peaceful session dedicated to deep rest and renewal. We’ll gather to unwind and soothe the body and mind with 90 minutes of restorative yoga, gentle stretching, and grounding breathwork.
This session is designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and provide a deep sense of relaxation as we transition into the darker, quieter months. Perfect for all levels, this practice will invite you to slow down, let go, and create a sanctuary of calm from the busyness of daily life.
Bring your cosiest layers, a warm blanket, and an open heart as we end the day with a focus on relaxation, release, and deep rest.

We will then finish off with some tea and snacks before entering the rest of our weekend feeling blissed out.
This evening will be suitable for:
- all levels including complete beginners of yoga
- all ages from teenagers and up
- all abilities, no fitness or flexibility required
It’s a mini retreat, you’ll emerge feeling well-rested and refreshed.
For this class bring along:
- Yoga Mat
- A block
- A bolster or pillow
Cosy clothes, warm socks and a comfy blanket is encouraged.
