This is the workshop to kick-start your balanced health and fitness routine for 2023.
👉 Go from falling off-track with your yearly New Years fitness resolutions, to building a balanced health and fitness routine that you can maintain all year round.
In the workshop you will:
🌱 Set goals and milestones that are achievable AND light you up. Set your heart on fire!
🌱 Get really clear on your WHY - the key to keep going when motivation fades.
🌱 Find the best way of HOW to get you to your goal.
🌱 Create your ideal and realistic training timetable.
🌱 Find out about the importance of balance: rest, self care and listening to your body.
🌱 We will be doing a bodyweight workout, yoga and relaxation.
We will guide you through the whole workshop so that you come away with clear goals, knowing WHY you're embarking on this health and fitness journey, a clear plan on how you will get to your goal in a way that works for YOU and your life, all in a way that feels aligned for YOU.
The workshop will be lead by Joanna and Judith, your yoga teacher and personal trainer combo ✨
Judith is a Marlborough based personal trainer - Fit with Judith. Her focus is on helping determined women who want to get stronger, by empowering them with the workouts, healthy lifestyle and mindset so that they can feel strong, confident and unstoppable.
