How we choose to start our day ripples into everything we do and experience during our day. Give yourself time to come into the day, root down in how you wish to be during each experience, open up to the possibilities of magic and allow your day to flow with ease. We will start slowly, allowing time to connect to the body and space to breathe. We will build to a creative and fun elemental flow and end with a powerful intention that you can carry throughout the rest of your day. Leave feeling empowered, calm and ready for anything.
