"Sweat" - Class Details
A 45min HIIT fitness session that'll have you feeling like a total WARRIOR! It's the BEST way to start into your week and end your Monday!

This class will energise, strengthen and totally up level your fitness. Come prepared to work hard - your muscles will burn, you'll be out of breath and you'll feel UNSTOPPABLE when we're done! Using only your bodyweight!

This class is suitable for anyone with high and low impact versions available, but may be more suited to those who are fairly active.

You will need:
Please bring your own mat if you prefer working out in trainers. Alternatively you can train barefoot with one of the studio mats.
