Celebrate the longest day with us! We'll move through a physical practice of around 40 minutes first (expect sun salutations and a gentle flow led by Kat) before moving to a luscious extended relaxation (Yoga Nidra) led by Niki. Complementary homemade cake and tea will be available after class, which is free - however cash donations in aid of Devizes & District foodbank will be gratefully accepted.

For those who wish to participate in a longer exploration with Niki, there's the option to spend time with the revered gentle yet powerful plant medicine, Cacao (the food of the gods) in a heart opening Circle to set Solstice intentions & journal feeling guided & connected to your inner child & authentic self (£3 to cover the costs of this part of the class).
