Intro2Flow is a one-hour class teaching the basics of Animal Flow, with two classes per week that repeat the same flow to give you an opportunity to practise the 'Flow of the Week', improve your technique and to master the individual moves each week.

Animal Flow is a fun, dynamic bodyweight movement practice that is based on quadruped animal movement patterns and has similarities to yoga, capoeira, and parkour.

Moving your body in a dynamic way can help to free up blocked energy, increase creativity and out of the box thinking.

Animal Flow is also great fun and perfect for someone looking for a more intensive dynamic and free flowing bodyweight movement practice. It will raise your heart rate and increase upper, lower body and core strength.
