Please read carefully before booking onto a class:

CLASSES / CLASS PASSES / MEMBERSHIPS

Online payment for classes MUST be received prior to the scheduled class date/time to ensure your space.
We only accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the premises.

For our insurance purposes you MUST have signed a waiver form and agreed to these terms and conditions on your account before joining a class.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to class start time for any reason will not be credited.

If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pass. This includes the drop-in class pass.

Class Passes cannot be shared.

5 class passes are valid for 2 months from first class attended.

10 class passes are valid for 3 months from first class attended.

Any unused credits from your chosen package cannot be rolled over.

Memberships: Students with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class/late cancellation 3 times in one month, may incur a cancellation fee. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time. The door will be locked at class start time.

Please ensure mobile phones are switched off/silent.

WORKSHOPS / EVENTS

Online payment for workshops and events must be received prior to the date to ensure your space.
Workshops, courses, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after. You may find someone to replace your booking but this needs to be agreed by the teacher.

All refunds requested by you will be charged a refund admin fee of 5% of the refund amount.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
For private classes we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel (by phone) or change your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend your session, you will be charged the full fee.

Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and is fair to students and teachers.
