Description
Orla has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and has been a teacher since 2019, having trained in the Elbow Room.
Teaching in the Hatha style, this course will include the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to bring peace to the body and mind, as well as mindful movement. The course will focus on building a strong foundation, ensuring correct alignment, and safe postures, and will provide you with the confidence and trust in your body to practice any style of yoga you feel called to.
This course is suitable for anyone who is completely new to yoga, or who is returning to movement after a break.
