A private class is perfect if you’re new to Ashtanga, feeling lost or unmotivated in your practice, want guidance while recovering from an injury, or practicing during pregnancy.

While yoga is traditionally practiced on an empty stomach, our noon session means you’ll want a good breakfast earlier in the morning—ideally at least two hours before we begin.

Private classes can be booked via Momoyoga on Sundays from 14:30–16:00. Other days or times are available upon request.

A Single Private Class is valid for one month. Please cancel your booking via Momoyoga at least 8 hours in advance to receive a credit for future use.

Cancelling on time via Momoyoga ensures you automatically receive the class credit back onto your account and you can use it another time within the validity period. Do not email to cancel.

The private class is automatically cancelled if the participant is more than 10 minutes late. No refunds, discounts, credits or extensions.

No refunds, discounts, credits or extensions if you do not cancel via Momoyoga on time.

A dog is always present in the shala. If this is an issue for you, we kindly ask that you find another place to practice.
