A dancer since young, I was initially drawn to yoga to improve my endurance and flexibility. I soon realised yoga wasn’t just about the physical.
The clarity and deep connection I experienced after each class was profound. Yoga has become a constant in my life and has helped me with many personal and professional transitions because of what I have learnt about myself while on the mat.
My teaching journey began after moving from New Zealand to Australia, where I felt called to share the practice that had given me so much.
I believe that if you breathe, think, and move, you can do yoga. It can be the place where the complexities of life soften, where you fall in love with the spaciousness it creates — in your body, your mind and your heart.
I’m passionate about sharing the joy of yoga and celebrating the diverse community of people who come to the mat.
I look forward to welcoming each yogi to class.

My journey with yoga began 13 years ago after the birth of my first child, and for the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of sharing this practice with others. I’ve completed more than 500 hours of Yoga Alliance–accredited training across Ashtāṅga Vinyāsa, Ghosh, Restorative and Yin Yoga, and continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing study with respected teachers from India and around the world.
My teaching is deeply influenced by the structure and discipline of the Ashtāṅga tradition while also drawing on contemporary approaches that make the practice accessible for every body. I aim to create classes that feel grounding, intentional and welcoming, offering students the opportunity to build strength, cultivate awareness and experience yoga as more than just physical movement.
Alongside studio teaching, I facilitate trauma-sensitive yoga at two local prisons. This work is incredibly meaningful to me and reflects my belief that yoga should be accessible to everybody, regardless of their circumstances.
In addition, I’ve completed the comprehensive STOTT PILATES® Matwork certification through Be Pilates New Zealand, allowing me to expand my offerings to include Mat Pilates classes alongside yoga.

Description
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works deeply into the body’s connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation. Supported by props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, postures are held for 2–5 minutes to allow the body to release tension and the mind to settle into stillness. Yin offers a balance to more active forms of exercise and day-to-day stress, encouraging patience, presence, and a profound sense of calm.

I first stepped onto a yoga mat at 17. What started as a way to relieve my back pain soon turned into a lifelong passion. I am originally from the Czech Republic, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Four years ago, I moved to New Zealand, which I now call home.
I believe yoga is more than just a workout, it’s a journey that transforms your body and mind. Through teaching, I can share the many benefits I’ve experienced, from enhancing flexibility and relieving stress to deepening the connection with your body. In my classes, I support the harmony between mind, body, and breath, while enhancing body awareness. After all, it's not just about perfecting the pose, it’s about how you feel and grow throughout the process.
Beyond yoga, I’m passionate about nutrition, and you can often find me doing anything outdoorsy.

Description
Gentle Vinyasa offers a slower, more mindful approach to the flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga. Through a mindful sequence of āsana (postures), we move in harmony with the breath and cultivate awareness in both body and mind.
Classes often include simple prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques) to support focus, presence, and nervous system balance. This class is ideal if you’re newer to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a mellow, low-impact practice to support mobility, balance, and flexibility. We'll close with a deeply restful śavāsana, leaving you grounded, calm, and relaxed.
