Description
This quiet, contemplative practice targets the deepest tissues of the body (connective tissues and fascia) and the meridians. Expect a limited number of asanas and long hold times, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Work on breathing through discomfort and learning to sit with your thoughts. Props are available and recommended. This class is open to all skill levels.
