Description

If you are new to yoga, this is the class for you. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. But this class is not just for newbies. Many long time students take 101 classes regularly because the pace of the class offers time for students to develop self-awareness or refine their practice.

Open to all skill levels.
