This Hatha class will guide you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind, and breath. If you're looking to deepen your understanding of the postures and basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques, this is the class for you. It is an excellent precursor to our Nidra Plus class.
