Yang meets yin in a blended practice that welcomes you to explore the balance between movement and stillness, effort and surrender, strength and release. The class begins with a gentle, dynamic flow before transitioning into a yin sequence with longer held poses. This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and connect with your body and mind.
By combining the active (Yang) with the passive (Yin), this practice creates a holistic balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your own mat. If you'd like extra comfort during the Yin portion, you can also bring a blanket. High-quality mats are available on-site for €2.
