This is a Power Vinyasa Flow class focused on letting your strengths shine through.
Whether building strength for you means conditioning the core, reaching a pose goal, or quieting the mind come work on letting your personal strengths support the rest of your practice in this 45 minute strong practice to kickstart your day. The last 15 minutes of class are time for self-practice. The teacher will remain to provide any desired guidance.
This morning class can be modified for beginners but it is best to have some level of fitness experience.
