Yoga is a brilliant full-body workout, so if you're looking to improve your fitness, increase strength and mobility and tone up, then this is the class for you.

This is a Vinyasa (flow) class - a strong dynamic class where we link breath with movement. You'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun & get messy! Progress over perfection! As always, you're encouraged to listen to your body and find your own pace, taking what you need, and the class will end with a lovely relaxation to fully recharge.
