Description
A slow flowing class, featuring seated stretches, standing flows (including balances) and restorative postures to finish. Classes incorporate breath awareness and rest and relaxation at the end of every session. The aim is for you to feel recharged and rebalanced - physically, mentally and emotionally!
With regular attendance you'll notice progression in your strength, flexibility and levels of self awareness. Each week there will be different themes weaved in to your sessions (i.e hip openers, heart chakra, full moon) to allow you to deepen your practice.
Who is this for:
Anyone who's looking to slow down the pace a little, perfect for beginners - you are invited to come as you are and take what you need, mastering the art of listening to your body.
Also please don't worry that you're 'not flexible enough' - there will always be modifications offered :)
