Description

Support your pregnancy and help prepare for birth with a carefully curated blend of breathwork, mindful movement and guided relaxation; stretching and strengthening the body and soothing the mind and soul.

The classes are being run as a 4-week course; it's £36 for the course, unfortunately no refunds can be offered in the event of missed sessions.

The classes are 7.45 - 8.45pm on the following dates:
Tuesday 1st October
Tuesday 8th October
Tuesday 15th October
Tuesday 22nd October

No yoga experience necessary. Suitable for anyone in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Yoga mats and blocks are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a blanket or extra layer for the relaxation at the end of class.
