Combo with several 'split' poses in it and also a little drop. Btw you don't have to be very flexible for these split poses, since it aren't really 180 splits! The spagato in silks is one of my favorite combo's, definitely when there's nice music with accents on the background where you can really flow from one pose in another, you should try it out! I did it a few times on 'lose control - teddy swims'. Unfortunately there was to much background noise to record this video on music, but then there's something left for your own creativity.
