This gentle, 60-minute Restorative Yoga class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and restore balance to your body and mind. Using a combination of long-held, passive poses supported by props such as yoga straps blocks, we will create a deeply calming and relaxing experience.

The class will begin with a brief centering practice, focusing on the breath to settle the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. We will then move into a series of poses that encourage relaxation and healing, staying in each for several minutes to allow for deep physical and mental release.

Throughout the session, gentle guidance and mindful breathing techniques will help you let go of stress and tension, promoting a sense of inner peace and rejuvenation. This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury, as no prior experience is required.

By the end of the hour, you will feel deeply rested and refreshed, with a calm mind and a restored sense of balance and well-being.
