Description

This class has a Vinyasa style to it. Meaning class will flow around the foundation of Sun Salutations and will have moments where your movement is connected to your breath. Think inhale move up and exhale move down. When we move with our breath, it will create a slightly elevated pace to class. Each class will incorporate a peak pose. This will help with focus as class builds to this pose. Each peak pose will have 2 or more modifications as I want you to be able to participate in the peak pose while getting what your body needs. Body alignment cues will be given throughout class. Class will be one hour long unless otherwise stated. Ends in Savasana.
