Description
Hatha Yoga is the base for most all yoga practices, referring to asanas or poses practiced. This class is taught at a slow pace with focus on the breath to create a relaxed yoga experience. It can be a good start for beginners, cues will be given to ease or expand the poses as we go, so you can pick your level that day.
Our goal is to connect with our breath, body and mind. Join me on Tuesday nights as we venture into our yoga practice to find out what each pose has to offer!
All classes finish with a relaxing savasana, lavender eye pillows and a short guided meditation practice to ease the mind and body.
